Once we accept your enquiry a Non-Disclosure Agreement is completed to ensure confidentiality is respected. We will then look to follow a basic outline process as follows:
- Parties sign NDA (non-disclosure agreement).
- Seller completes information request
- Harris Fowler submits outline offer
- Parties enter into agreed period of exclusivity
- Harris Fowler completes due diligence
- Harris Fowler prepares draft contracts
- Exchange and completion
